Dear Andrew
I met you only once over 20 years ago. But you made an impression on me and will be forever etched in my memory as that small lone figure I saw standing in the middle of the empty dance floor, mesmerized by the bright dance floor lights.
May you find beautiful lights wherever you may be.
Be at peace.

Andrew, a special person with an exceptional mind. As a boy you questioned the natural order of things that others couldn't. You were destined to have an impact and change the world for the better. You had an imagination and creativity that the rest of us dream of. You had a wicked sense of humour that will live with his friends forever. Your contribution to your family, friends and society will now be missed to our detriment. We have extremely happy memories of spending holidays with Andrew, Hope, Grace, Paul and Fran.
"A free bird leaps
on the back of the wind
and floats downstream
till the current ends
and dips his wing
in the orange sun rays
and dares to claim the sky..."
Fly high the mighty Andrew Duncan Smith.
With love all the L'Ds.
